Few Words About Us

_ ___________Owners Omar & Hennreitte Landis, have been involved in the management and daily operations of auto auctions from Massachusetts to Florida. The owners, management, employees, and our attending dealers are part of the good guys at Garden Spot.

Kristi Kohl

Kristi has been working for Garden Spot for 20 yrs. She started as a secretary and in 2000 was promoted to Office Manager and in Oct. of 2007 then to General Manager.Kristi is always available to handle any questions or problems.

Peggy Steffy

Peggy has been working for Garden Spot for 4 years. She is the receptionist and available to help with questions concerning the auction.

Kathy Coffman

Kathy has been working for Garden Spot for 8 years. She is in the accounting department and is available for questions concerning fees and payment.

Hettie Eckert

Hettie has been working for Garden Spot for 40 yrs. She is the head notary and can be contacted for any title questions.

Dianne Gephart

Dianne is head of security here at Garden Spot.

Russel Hardy

Russel is transportation Manager here at Garden Spot.
